All services are delivered under mutual agreement between Ahmed Rehman and the client, based on defined scope, timeline, and deliverables.

You agree to use ahmedrehman.com only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights or restrict the use of others.
You must not misuse this website by attempting unauthorized access, distributing malware, or copying content without permission.

4. Project Terms & Payments

  • All projects are discussed and agreed upon via written communication (email or proposal).

  • Payments, milestones, and timelines are clearly defined before work begins.

  • Project timelines may vary depending on scope, client feedback, and technical requirements.

  • Deposits or upfront payments, where applicable, are non-refundable once the project starts, as time and resources are allocated immediately.

5. Revisions & Deliverables

Each project includes a predefined number of revisions as agreed before work begins.
Additional revisions, design changes, or new feature requests outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final website design, theme, or code is transferred to the client.

However, I retain the right to showcase non-confidential parts of completed projects in my portfolio for demonstration purposes.
All pre-built libraries, frameworks, or third-party assets remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

Projects may include third-party services such as:

  • Cloudflare (for CDN and security)

  • Google Analytics or Google Ads

  • External APIs or plugins

I am not responsible for the functionality, downtime, or policy changes of third-party services.

8. Confidentiality

All client data, business information, and project details shared with me are treated as strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

While I strive to deliver secure, high-performance websites, I cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of third-party services, hosting providers, or plugins.
I am not liable for any data loss, security breaches, or indirect damages arising from the use or misuse of this website or delivered projects.
